Deserve Ain't Got Nothing To Do With It
Snoop's wise words to Michael before she gets capped. Cynical? That's one way to look at it. Another way is to see those words are guide to life, good and bad. In other words, what is, is.
I don't know. Did Snoop have a personal life? You never saw it on The Wire. I just assumed she lived in the SUV that she perpetually drove around Baltimore.
I made a drawing that I named this, and was going to call it this due to the reference of the drawing to a western movie. And I was surprised to find your post upon my google search to get the exact quote. I watched the wire, and i guess I was so shocked that snoop was gonna die, I didn't even pay attention to what she said. well I will for sure change my post now. You can see it Here

"Snoop" was based off a real character. Check out her book, "Grace After Midnight".
